Vibratory sensors

The overall level sensor is a sensor comprised of an accelerometer with electronics for processing the signal in order to extract from it either the overall acceleration level, or the overall velocity level in the form of a 4-20mA signal.

The sensors are fed by the current loop and generally connected to the site’s PLCs which make it possible to generate high frequency vibration alarms and memorize the histories. This is therefore an economical solution to continually monitor an equipment.

We offer compact sensors which are the same size as accelerometers, with axial or lateral connection.
In some cases, an additional filter is integrated on the input side to prevent high frequency vibrations saturating the measuring chain. It is also possible as an option to have a raw vibration signal output before processing.
